Jack was
born February 19, 1996. He finished his Championship at
one year old -that's when this picture was taken. It is
very difficult to finish a P/S in the US, and especially
a young P/S male, so you can imagine his quality to do this
- almost finished unbeaten - like his dad Ch. Skansen's
Park Ave.
Jack is
very tall - big body - beautiful P/S color with plenty of
furnishings. He has an excellent top line, tail set and
can out move any dog in the ring with his strong, powerful
gait. His sire is the No.1 stud dog world wide in this color
Giant and we expect Jack to follow in his footsteps. Jack's
mother, Skansen's Earthquake Baby, was brought into our
breeding stock so we could get some outcross bloodlines
- which is difficult in this color - the gene pool being
so small. Earthquake or "Brenda" as we call her, was born
in Los Angeles and lived through the horrible earthquake
of 1994, that's how she got her name. Brenda is big, excellent
character and this litter was superb. Jack will be taking
his dad's place as our main P/S stud dog now that Park will
retire soon. He is a carbon copy of his dad - but much bigger.
He has a very extrovert temperament.
