About the White Mini There are four colors approved in miniature schnauzers-pepper/salt, black, black/silver and white. We have specialized in the black mini for many years but thought it would be fun to introduce the white variety. They are popular in Europe where you can show them. Here in the USA the AKC is still not allowing them to compete, even if they are registered with the AKC as all purebred dogs are. I have a white mini for a housepet named Gretchen, and she is truly a joy to be with. She is very affectionate, brave, loves other dogs, guards me with her life and is so easy to maintain. I wanted to get in on the ground floor and build up a beautiful line of white mini's so that when they can be shown at AKC shows we are all ready. To accomplish this I have imported the white mini's from Hungary, Sweden, Canada & Mexico. I was also fortunate to obtain a couple from the best breeders here in the USA. I have mixed the blacks to keep improving their quality and am pleased with the results so far. This is still a very new adventure. The white mini's are very rare but I love them and think you will too!
